Our valley boasts the largest elk herd in North America. I am Tom Allen and I have been guiding deer and elk hunters for 30 years. I lease a private ranch, in Northwest Colorado, which offers an excellent elk hunting experience and a good possibility for mule deer as well. We have leased the 6,000 acre area known as the Swallow Fork Lodge. This offers a lot of flexibility to our hunt, not to mention a very impressive elk herd. There is also a private pond and stream with excellent trout fishing. It is in game management unit 23 in the heart of elk and deer country.
